Rita Brogley – President & CEO

Rita is an experienced executive and entrepreneur in both early-stage and large public companies. Her professional experience includes extensive knowledge in B2B and B2C SaaS software, eCommerce software, and website analytics and optimization. Prior to her role as CEO, Rita joined MyBuys as our Chief Customer Officer and was previously CEO at Amadesa, President and CEO at Moxi Digital, an executive with Microsoft TV, and a consultant at Bain & Company. Rita has an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University.

Jeff Page – CFO

Jeff has broad experience in finance and operations in organizations from high-tech to business consulting services. His areas of special expertise include sales planning, budgeting, operations, risk planning, and key customer account management. Prior to joining MyBuys as CFO, Jeff was the Senior Vice President, Finance & Operations at Pano Logic; VP of Finance & Operations at Firetide, Inc.; and Director of Business Planning & Control at Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications. Jeff has an MBA from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and a BS in Accounting from Indiana University.

Rick Berman – CTO

Rick brings the ability to meet technical challenges and to work across divisions to engineer, architect, and find solutions that achieve strategic objectives. He has been Principal Engineer/Principal Architect at Epiphany; Chief Architect at Moai Technologies; Director of Olympic Technology at Quokka Sports; and held key roles at NeXT Computer, ParcPlace-Digitalk, and Tandem Computers. Rick was a member of the Ingres research team while earning a BS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from UC Berkeley.

Chip Overstreet – SVP Marketing, Business & Corporate Development

Chip’s experience as an executive in marketing and business development for B2B software and services companies includes developing and delivering solutions for e-commerce, internet advertising, marketing automation and SaaS. He was previously the VP of Marketing & Business Development at Blue Martini Software (NASDAQ: BLUE), CEO of Encover, Inc. (acquired by Synnex), and CEO at RTIME (acquired by SONY). Chip has a BA in Economics from Stanford.

Drew leads MyBuys’ sales and business development associate organizations. His specialties include sales management, partner business development and services management. Shortly after graduating from The University of Michigan, Drew conceived and successfully launched his own software company. He has held a variety of executive positions with private and publically traded software companies including Campbell Services (acquired by OpenText) and Compuware.

Jason Shriver – VP Client Success

Jason manages our Client Success team, which is responsible for strategizing, analyzing and optimizing client programs. He brings 15 years of experience in the retail industry, including having held a myriad of positions with Borders ranging from managing marketing strategy and analytics to real estate finance and most recently serving as Director, Loyalty & Email Marketing. He has an MBA from the University of Michigan and a BS in Business Administration, Mathematics, and Mass Communications from Morningside College.

Brenda leads our implementation, creative services, technical support and optimization teams. Prior to joining MyBuys, she served as the Managing Director of the University of Michigan Medical Innovation Center, VP of Global Professional Services at Arbortext, and a Consulting Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers. She has an MBA from the University of Michigan and a BA from Yale University.

Matt is an advertising expert. In the world of media he specializes in ad networks, demand-side platforms, real-time bidding, Facebook, and display advertising. Prior to joining MyBuys, Matt was COO at Optimal—a data platform for Facebook and display advertising—Vice President at ARPU, VP and GM at Adteractive, and a Financial Analyst at Deutsche Bank Alex. Brown. He has a BA in Economics from Stanford.

Bob founded MyBuys in 2006 to drive the evolution from marketing to the masses to 1:1 conversations over time. Prior to founding MyBuys, Bob was CEO of AdSpace, a full-service digital “mall-based” advertising network and COO at Blue Martini Software, a pioneer in e-commerce solutions. He has also held management positions at Kellogg Company and Deloitte and Touche LLP.

Peter is a partner at Lightspeed Venture with almost 20 years of experience in venture capital. He has guided startups such as DoubleClick, Informatica, and Nest, which reached multi-billion-dollar valuations. He began his career as an Engineer at Apple and an early employee of General Magic. Amanda is a General Partner at Palomar Ventures, where she specializes in early-stage operations and has overseen multiple IPOs and successful company acquisitions. She has 13 years of experience in venture capital, focused primarily in disruptive technologies, and 15 years of experience as an entrepreneur and senior sales and marketing executive. Amanda has a BA in Economics from Dartmouth.
