A University of Michigan graduate, with an MBA and BSE, Robert Cell bleeds blue in everything he does. Robert has held a variety of C-level positions with companies like AdSpace Networks, Blue Martini and Kellogg’s, and at MyBuys we think he’s “grrrrrreat!” An eCommerce and entrepreneurial veteran, Robert, or “Bob” as he’s known around the office, started MyBuys in 2006 to usher in a new age of marketing, where the individual trumps the masses and “1:1” is #1, 24/7 (as he’s always believed).

Hail to the Chief. Rita leads the citizens of this great nation of MyBuys by example, managing day-to-day operations, advocating for our clients, and inspiring everyone to work hard. With an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University, Rita has an executive and entrepreneurial background rich in SaaS, eCommerce, analytics and optimization through her work with a variety of companies, including Amadesa, Moxi Digital, WebTV/Microsoft and Bain & Co.

Jeff Page – CFO

An avid athlete, Jeff Page not only runs marathons, he runs the finances at MyBuys as CFO. With an MBA from UNC, a BS in Accounting from IU, and a background in structuring, improving and managing all things finance and accounting, Jeff brings a wealth of experience to the table from companies like Pano Logic, Firetide and Sony Ericsson. From budgets to sales planning, Jeff is a key player in keeping things running on and off the clock.

Rick Berman – CTO

The man with the technology plan, Rick came to MyBuys with a degree from UC Berkeley and extensive experience in engineering, architecting and scaling systems at companies like Epiphany, Inc., Moai Technologies and Quokka Sports, Inc. As CTO, Rick works behind the scenes to ensure MyBuys is heading in the right direction on the technology roadmap. After heading up all technology related activities for nbcolympics.com during the 2000 Olympic Games in Sydney, there’s no arguing Rick’s a gold medal Engineer.

Chip Overstreet

Chip Overstreet – SVP Marketing, Business & Corporate Development

A Washingtonian and Stanford grad, Chip is a fan of trees; but as an experienced marketing and Biz Dev executive, he knows money doesn’t grow on them. With a career spanning work with companies like Sony, Blue Martini, Oracle and Encover, Chip understands marketing from the technical, sales and business development perspectives, making him the perfect person to get the word out about MyBuys and help expand our position in the industry.

Sandeep Nawathe – SVP Engineering

Kind of a big deal when it comes to Big Data, Sandeep is an expert in display advertising and optimization technology. With a BS and MS in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology and over 20 years in the industry with companies AdForce, Tumri and FullDegree Inc./Amphire Solutions, Sandeep ensures everything and everyone (including his family jam sessions) are performing optimally.

Leading the Ann Arbor office and sales teams, Drew comes to MyBuys with a variety of sales and business development roles under his belt with technology and software companies like Campbell Services (acquired by OpenText) and Compuware. A graduate of, you guessed it, University of Michigan, Drew motivates his teams to stay sharp and on top of their game, while being sure to never miss a chance to see Michigan win.

Jason Shriver – VP Client Success

More of an MVP when it comes to client satisfaction, Jason Shriver heads up the Client Success team at MyBuys, which is responsible for strategizing, analyzing and optimizing client programs. With an MBA from University of Michigan, more than a decade in customer loyalty at Borders, and over four years on the front lines at MyBuys, Jason has a mind for eCommerce and knows what it takes to make our clients successful.

Amazon rainforest explorer, costume contest winner, and go-live record breaker, there’s no keeping up with this Jones. In charge of our implementation and application support teams, Brenda makes sure clients go live and stay live. A Yale graduate with an MBA from U of M, Brenda’s worked with companies like PricewaterhouseCoopers, NSF International, and Arbortext, Inc. to develop, improve and maintain processes and standards.

When he isn’t rooting for Princeton and serving as a trustee to the American University in Cairo, Egypt, Paul is raising the bar as a Partner at Rho Ventures. With an MBA from Stanford and over 15 years in the investment space, Paul focuses on software and new media, particularly SaaS, IT data and security products, online marketing, and ad-driven businesses. With a passion for education and penchant for climbing mountains (literal and figurative), Paul is a great asset to MyBuys.

Peter Nieh

With almost 20 years in the venture capital industry and a competitive Ultimate Frisbee player, Peter knows what it takes to win.  A partner at Lightspeed, Peter has been a major player in the technology landscape through his work with MyBuys and several startups like DoubleClick, Informatica, and Nest that have achieved multi-billion dollar valuations.  Starting out as an Engineer at Apple and then an early employee at General Magic that IPO’d in 1995, he’s been a longtime member of the Bay Area innovation scene.

Amanda Reed

A champion both on and off the rugby field, Amanda is a veteran ­­in the rough and tough world of venture capital, and brings her strong operational and deal making track record to MyBuys. After four years of playing on the Dartmouth women’s rugby team, she carried her fearless attitude to the start ups of Silicon Valley, eventually opening Palomar Venture’s Northern California office as a General Partner. With 13 years in venture capital focused primarily in disruptive technologies, Amanda has an impressive roster of multiple IPOs and portfolio acquisitions.
