Our background also includes technology experience at Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, Hyperion and Siebel Systems.
Robert Cell – Chief Executive OfficerRobert Cell is an accomplished entrepreneur, brand executive and thought leader in driving the evolution of marketing to the masses to a more impactful 1:1 approach for retailers, advertising, and consumer brands. He started MyBuys in 2006 to lead the revolution of marketing from mass to personalized, across all digital touch points. Robert’s vision for improving marketing via predictive modeling began while leading one of Kellogg’s North American divisions where he focused on the inefficiencies of brand marketing.
Prior to MyBuys, Bob was previously COO at Blue Martini Software and under his leadership, the company’s market capitalization tripled, license revenue doubled, and net results increased by $40M. Prior to Blue Martini, Cell served as the Vice President of Global New Business and Corporate Development for Kellogg Company and as General Manager for its Lender’s Bagel Division where he led the turnaround of the Division, tripled its value, and divested the unit for nearly $300M. As a Chief Executive Officer of AdSpace Networks, Bob led the company through rapid growth and developed its strategy to focus on becoming the leading mall-based advertising network. Robert Cell also previously served as the Managing Director and co-founder of Deloitte and Touche LLP’s Midwest Corporate Finance practice.
Rita Brogley – Chief Customer OfficerRita Brogley is responsible for leading several client-facing organizations within MyBuys to ensure that we maximize our clients’ marketing ROI and guarantee the highest levels of customer satisfaction. These organizations include client success, professional services, advertising operations and account management, analytics and performance optimization.
Rita has more than twenty years of experience in building and leading marketing, sales and operations in early-stage and multi-national technology companies. Previously, Rita was the CEO of Amadesa, a leader in A/B and Multivariate testing and targeting to help online businesses increase conversions and enhance customer engagement (acquired by LivePerson). Prior to Amadesa, Rita was the CEO of Moxi Digital, a company that developed home entertainment system software for cable and satellite set-top boxes. Rita also served as the Director of Europe for WebTV/Microsoft’s TV Platform Division and held management positions at V2 Capital, Bain and Company and Hewlett Packard. Rita holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a BS degree in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University.
Daniel Druker – Chief Marketing Officer Daniel Druker brings nearly 25 years of executive, strategy and operational excellence in high performing technology companies to his role of Chief Marketing Officer for MyBuys. Prior to joining MyBuys, Dan was Senior Vice President of Marketing and Business Development for Intacct, driving growth of more than 500% by accelerating the adoption of cloud computing by the financial management and accounting industry.
Before Intacct, Dan served as executive vice president of global marketing for Postini, transforming sales applications, marketing and channels for this $90 million Software as a Service communications security leader and leading to a $625 million acquisition by Google. Prior to Postini, Dan led marketing for the highest growth, highest value segment of the $4 billion information management division of IBM and drove more than $1.5 billion in acquisitions. Dan came to IBM through the acquisition of Trigo Technologies, where he served as vice president of marketing and helped to quadruple Trigo’s market capitalization. Dan also founded the CRM division of Hyperion Solutions, and served as vice president, general manager and executive committee member of Hyperion. Dan’s career also includes positions in sales, alliances, technology, and marketing at Arbor Software, Oracle, and Intel. Dan holds an MBA from the University of California at Los Angeles, and a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Stanford University.
Jim Lodestro – SVP Sales Jim Lodestro joins MyBuys with 25 years of experience in global software/SaaS sales and strategic leadership. He most recently created and launched the first commercial version of the SaaS solution at LTS Commerce, where he served as Founder, President, and CEO. In addition to his work with LTS, Jim has provided strategic independent consulting services for leading Venture funded companies and managed go to market strategy as SVP of Worldwide Sales and Business Development at Pricelock, Inc. Jim has fueled the growth of Interlace Systems, Iteration Software, Responsys, and Arbor Software. He holds an MBA from Babson College and a BA from the University of Rochester.
Sandeep Nawathe – SVP Engineering Sandeep Nawathe carries a wealth of technical and strategic experience from his 20+ year career to the role of SVP, Engineering. In his 5 years of serving as VP, Engineering at Tumri, Inc. Sandeep consistently attained 30%+ improvements on RON and ad exchanges, lending his visionary insight not only to Tumri’s strategy and management, but to the conception and development of new algorithms and techniques in query processing, data compression, distributed joins, machine learning and optimization. Prior to his work at Tumri, Sandeep was responsible for Engineering, Operations, Information Technology, and Professional Services as the Chief Technology Officer at Amphire Solutions, where he led the acquisition and integration of TiberSoft Commerce. Sandeep also co-founded Full Degree and AdForce, Inc. and has authored a number of publications and patents. He earned both his BS and MS at the Indian Institute of Technology.
Chip Overstreet – Senior Vice President, Business & Corporate DevelopmentChip Overstreet has over 23 years of high tech experience focused on sales, marketing and executive management. Most recently, Chip was the CEO of Encover, a market leader in helping high-tech manufacturers to market and sell services more effectively through their channel partners. Prior, Chip served as worldwide Vice President of Marketing & Business Development at Blue Martini Software, a NASDAQ-listed provider of e-commerce solutions. Previously, he served as President and CEO of RTIME, a provider or real-time networking technology, which was acquired by SONY to become the multi-player engine for the PlayStation 2 and 3. Prior to Sony, Chip held Vice President of Marketing and Alliances roles at Open Horizon and Ochre Development, and product consulting and sales engineering roles at Oracle Corporation. Chip received a BA in Economics from Stanford University.
Drew Stirton – General Manager, VP SalesDrew Stirton has over 21 years of high tech experience focused on sales, executive management and business development. Prior to MyBuys, Drew was a Vice President at Compuware, a leading software and services company, where he was responsible for national sales of several software product lines and helped form and lead a partner sales team that grew revenue from zero to $70 M in less than 4 years. Additionally, Drew was VP of Sales for 5 years at a leading collaborative communication software company, Campbell Services and was part of a management team that oversaw the company’s acquisition. Prior to that, Drew founded an independent software company and successfully ran it for a number of years. As GM at MyBuys, Drew founded the MyBuys Ann Arbor office in 2008 and has been responsible for a 20% annual growth in employees since its inception and led multiple sales organizations. Drew has a BA from the University of Michigan.
