MyBuys Appoints Renowned NASA Data Mining Scientist to Advisory Board
Data Mining Expert to Lead Algorithm Strategy and Development
Redwood City, CA--October 8, 2007 - MyBuys™, a leading one-to-one personalized product recommendation company, today announced the addition of distinguished NASA data mining scientist Ashok N. Srivastava, Ph.D., to the company's board of advisors. Srivastava is currently the Principal Investigator of the Integrated Vehicle Health Management Project at NASA and Group Leader of the Intelligent Data Understanding group at NASA Ames Research Center.

As a member of MyBuys' advisory board, Srivastava will lead the strategy and implementation of algorithm development for MyBuys. Prior to joining NASA, Dr. Srivastava was a senior director at Blue Martini Software where he ran the Blue Martini Analytics group. Celebrated as an innovator and visionary amongst his peers, Srivastava is the recipient of two patents and numerous industry awards. He was recently awarded the NASA Exceptional Achievement Medal, one of NASA's highest honors."
